Back in the day, cutting edge marketing was a cave wall painting. Then came papyrus handbills. These days, well, things are different. Today the face of a company is put forth on a number of platforms and in a dizzying array of strategies, not unlike the Herculean task of writing a symphony and then conducting the orchestra. Our Mozart is Casey Young, the creative librettist behind both our brand as a company as well as the image of each and every broker who represents us. Casey wields an advertising, marketing, and branding portfolio that would have Don Draper tied in knots. 

All of our agents depend mightily on Casey’s efforts to nurture their public images. Working closely with each of them to maintain their Client Relationship Management program, she constantly updates their overall marketing approach, from social media to their website, even down to their business cards, flyers, and postcards (yes, even in 2021 postcards are still cool!) And her strategy isn’t just beautifully crafted media and messages but is reassuringly scientific as well. Casey constantly monitors the data and metrics to maximize the effectiveness of each agent’s message. One of Casey’s primary goals is to make certain our clients get to know, care about, and have the same faith in our brokers as she does.  

And our whirling dervish possesses yet another striking capability. Perhaps because she’s able to operate at an energy level above most humans, like a jungle cat she’s also able to unplug and fall asleep anywhere, any time.
