The KWGS Spirit of Culture Award recognizes brokers in our office who go above and beyond for those around them. They truly embody our culture and make the office a better place.

This quarter’s award winner is Dru Hill.

Dru has helped numerous new, and seasoned agents, often spending personal time to assist them, be a sounding board, and offer a kind word. Dru open doors, help us out when we’re in a bind and they’re routinely answering questions on our Facebook group and always are offering vendors and referral partners to those in need. Dru broker has introduced many people to the market center helping us grow and is an advocate for our office. In terms of the trifecta of culture – caring, helping, kindness, Dru has the Keller Williams Greater Seattle spirit of culture.
