Keller Williams Greater Seattle is proud to celebrate CEO Angie Mykel, who has been elected to serve as the Keller Williams Northwest Region’s representative on the International Associate Leadership Council.
The role is selected by a majority vote of leadership representatives serving on the Regional ALC, making Angie’s appointment a meaningful vote of confidence from leaders across the region.
What Is the International Associate Leadership Council?
The Associate Leadership Council, commonly known as the ALC, gives Keller Williams associates a direct voice in the decisions and conversations that shape the organization.
At the international level, the ALC and its committees help carry associate perspectives into company leadership. The model reflects Keller Williams’ commitment to building a business shaped by the ongoing involvement of its associates and market center leaders.
As the Northwest Region’s representative, Angie will contribute to those broader conversations while bringing insight from the agents, leaders, and communities she works alongside.

Angie’s election reflects the way she approaches leadership at KW Greater Seattle: collaboratively, thoughtfully, and with a strong commitment to helping others succeed.
