Uplifting Voices, Building Community, and Celebrating With Joy

At KW Greater Seattle, we believe in showing up—not just during Pride Month, but all year long—for equity, inclusion, and the LGBTQ+ community. This June, we honored Seattle Pride through education, celebration, and action. We came together to learn, lift each other up, and make an impact.

Celebrating With Drag Queen Bingo

We kicked off Pride Month with midday fun and fundraising. Our office transformed into a vibrant, joy-filled space for Drag Queen Bingo—hosted by the one and only Sativa Queen. From the quick wit to the fabulous prizes and curated snacks, the energy in the room was electric.

Most importantly, we raised $1,000 for Lambert House, a local nonprofit supporting LGBTQ+ youth in Seattle. Huge thanks to everyone who joined the celebration—and to Sativa for lighting up the space with unforgettable charisma.

Learning Through Lived Experience

Mid-month, we shifted into a deeper conversation around equity in housing. Our team hosted an LGBTQ+ housing training and panel led by Sean Morris, featuring panelists Brad Davis and Jeanie Kendall. Through heartfelt stories and open discussion, we explored the unique challenges LGBTQ+ clients face in real estate.

As a result, we walked away with a stronger understanding of our responsibility to create affirming, inclusive spaces. The session left us more informed—and more inspired—to serve our clients and colleagues with intention.

Showing Up at the Seattle Pride Parade

To close out the month, we hit the streets to raise our voices for visibility and fair housing for all. KW Greater Seattle agents proudly marched alongside the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance in the Seattle Pride Parade.

The turnout from our office was strong, and the energy carried throughout the entire day. It was a joyful, powerful way to end a month rooted in advocacy and community.

Seattle Pride may only last a month, but our commitment is year-round. We’re proud to be in business with a community of agents who lead with heart, advocate for others, and show up—boldly, joyfully, and authentically.
