Coming from individually impressive careers, their collective moves to KW Greater Seattle represents almost $200 million in market share.
Despite their similar timelines, each broker’s reasons for joining are unique to their careers and personal experiences.
Dru Hill, most recently the #9 agent at Caliber Group | Compass, represented $12.4 million in real estate volume in 2021. Dru joining is the result of discerning who he wanted to align his business with, ultimately selecting KWGS. He is excited to continue expanding his business.
Vin & Candice Cangialosi, also known by their business Settle in Seattle, were most recently the #2 agent team at North Pacific Properties and represented $17.6 million in real estate volume in 2021. They move to KWGS for better business support, scalable systems, and growth models.
Renee McGahan, also known as the DwellSeeker, represented $41.2 million in real estate volume in 2021. Most recently at Coldwell Banker Bain of Bellevue, Renee was recognized as part of the 2021 International Society of Excellence, representing fewer than 1% of all CB brokers worldwide. Renee chose KWGS for branded marketing opportunities and, the collaborative and engaged office culture.
Flora Sun, the #28 in the NWMLS and most recently the #1 at Kelly Right Real Estate Washington has quickly become a rising star since getting licensed a little over two years ago. In 2021, Flora represented $122 million in real estate volume and has joined KWGS to improve her marketing, scale her business, and for our in-office consulting program.
